As one of Canada’s leading mental health care and academic health science centres, ROMHC is a state-of-the-art complex with energy efficient mechanical systems. Being a part of the Royal Ottawa Hospital, this facility contains outpatient clinics, secure inpatient beds, research laboratories and office spaces to support both hospital and research activities. This was one of the very first projects delivered under the current IO DBFM model, and TMP completed the full mechanical engineering design as part of the winning consortium team.
