Commissioning Agent 

We require a graduate engineer or technologist with 5 to 7 years experience in commissioning, testing and starting up of building mechanical systems. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized and able to work both with management and trade contractors. Candidates should be able to chair meetings and organize start-ups as well as demonstrate document management skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Candidates should have knowledge in test and balance of air and water systems, and direct experience in monitoring and analyzing system operation using energy management control systems trending or stand-alone data logging equipment.  

Staff Engineer / Tenant Designer 

A self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills experienced in the design of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems for mid to large commercial, institutional and retail projects. Minimum qualifications include 5 to 7 years local experience in related projects with an emphasis in hydronic systems. Must have a professional engineer designation. Candidates must be capable of determining client needs and engineering an appropriate design from concept through construction.

A self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills who is capable of design and CAD production of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems for commercial tenant projects. Minimum qualifications include 3 to 5 years local experience in related projects with an emphasis in high-rise office buildings . A professional engineering designation is desirable, but not essential.
